The UUFW Service Auction will be on Sunday, November 4th, 2018 following the worship service. The Service Auction is a great opportunity to donate your time, talent, and skills towards helping to fundraise for the fellowship! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and we hope that everyone will participate!
The deadline for submission of donated items and events is 5PM, Tuesday, October 30th.
The Online Catalog will be fully completed and available to view on Thursday, November 1st.
Friday, November 2nd will be the last day to register online to bid! *You do not need to register to bid if you have previously registered for the Spring 2018 Auction or Fall 2017 Auction.*
Saturday, November 3rd is auction set up day and donated items can be dropped off in the Fellowship Hall on November 3rd 11AM-3PM.
Doors to Fellowship Hall open at 10:15 AM on Sunday, November 4. Service is 11AM to noon, followed by potluck lunch with finger food while the silent auction is in progress. Live auction begins at 12:45PM, with expected end time at 1:45. All bidding closes at 2PM.
