2025 Service Auction Donation Form
The 2025 UUFW Service Auction will be held in person in Fellowship Hall on Sunday, November 9 following the service and a potluck lunch with finger food. There will be a live auction, silent auction, and fixed priced items and events. The Service Auction is a great opportunity to donate your time, talent, and skills towards helping to fundraise for the fellowship! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and we hope that everyone will participate!
October 20 thru November 2, 2025, you can email descriptions of your auction donations to auction@uufw.org. Please attach an image or two to include in our catalog. Printed donation forms will be available in Fellowship Hall or you can print out forms at home by clicking the link at the top of this page.
Soon after November 2, a link to the online catalog will be available for viewing here:
Saturday, November 8, 10AM-2PM auction volunteers will be in Fellowship Hall setting up auction tables and you can drop off any donated items at that time.
If you have bid in recent UUFW auctions, you will not need to register again. If you are new to the UUFW auction, click on Online Registration at the top of the website and enter your information. Bidder accounts do require passwords. If you already have an account, please log in to check that your contact information and address is correct.
After the auction is held on November 9 bidder statements and payment instructions will be emailed and donors of social events and services will be notified of the winning bidders.
