The 2021 UUFW Service Auction will be held virtually due to COVID-19 restrictions. This year you will be able to bid on silent auction items and sign up for fixed price events and services through our auction website. The Service Auction is a great opportunity to donate your time, talent, and skills towards helping to fundraise for the fellowship! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and we hope that everyone will participate!
Beginning November 6 the online catalog of donated items and activities will be available for review here.
In 2021 there will also be a Help Wanted List of tasks that you can volunteer to perform for a person who has identified an amount they are willing to give to the Service Auction. The Help Wanted List may be found here.
Bidding and signing up for the catalog entries will begin at 7:00 a.m. on November 8. You may volunteer for Help Wanted List items now by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have bid in recent UUFW auctions, you will not need to register again. If you are new to the UUFW auction, click on Online Registration at the top of the website and enter your information. Bidder accounts do require passwords. If you already have an account, please log in to check that your contact information and address is correct.
The Service Auction will end Sunday, November 14th at 10pm and at that time all bidding will end. Soon after the 14th bidder statements and payment instructions will be emailed and donors of social events and services will be notified of the winning bidders.
