2024 Service Auction Donation Form

The 2024 UUFW Service Auction will be held in person in the Fellowship Hall on Sunday, November 3rd following the service and a potluck lunch with finger food. There will be a live auction, silent auction, and fixed priced items and events. The Service Auction is a great opportunity to donate your time, talent, and skills towards helping to fundraise for the fellowship! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and we hope that everyone will participate!

Note that the “help wanted” service offered during the auction in the past will now appear in the UUFW newsletter as “Help Wanted Ads,” and also posted on our Hall bulletin board. Details can be found here.

Descriptions and photos of donations to the auction can be emailed to auction@uufw.org October 13-27. You can also submit donations on printed forms that will be available in Fellowship Hall during this time. An online catalog of donations will be ready for viewing beginning Monday, October 28 at https://auctria.events/UUFW2024.

Saturday, November 2, 10AM-2PM auction volunteers will be in Fellowship Hall setting up auction tables and you can drop off any donated items at that time.

If you have bid in recent UUFW auctions, you will not need to register again. If you are new to the UUFW auction, click on Online Registration at the top of the website and enter your information. Bidder accounts do require passwords. If you already have an account, please log in to check that your contact information and address is correct.

If you can’t be present on November 3, consider arranging for a trusted friend to serve as your proxy bidder on auction day.

After the auction is held on November 3 bidder statements and payment instructions will be emailed and donors of social events and services will be notified of the winning bidders.
